We are currently trialling a 100% contactless guest experience, providing convenience from arrival through to departure. In addition, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and hygiene procedures to help minimise the spread of viruses and ensure the wellbeing of all our guests.
We are also proud to be taking meaningful steps toward a more sustainable future. To reduce our environmental impact, we have invested in improved energy efficiency and eco-friendly practices, including:
- Installation of 25,000 litres of water storage tanks to utilise Mallacoota’s natural rainfall
- A 13.2kW solar system (40 panels) supported by 23.2kW lithium battery storage
- Exclusive access for guests to a rapid electric vehicle charging station — currently the only one of its kind in Mallacoota
Onsite, we proudly produce 100% raw organic honey from our own beehives, enjoy fresh eggs daily from our resident chooks, and grow seasonal produce in our raised vegetable gardens. Guests are also welcome to pick fresh fruit from our citrus trees.
Each apartment is fitted with new energy-efficient Smart TVs with Netflix, ensuring comfort without compromise.

Set within beautifully manicured tropical gardens, The Wave Oasis offers modern self-contained accommodation with complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Each apartment features an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen, dining area and laundry facilities.
Surrounded by 214 acres of Croajingolong National Park, our location is ideal for fishing, boating and hiking enthusiasts. We are just 13 km from the historic Gabo Island Lighthouse, and guests can enjoy a scenic 20-minute boardwalk walk into town, following the edge of the stunning Mallacoota Inlet.
