Cancellations

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival, minus any direct banking transfer fees.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

No Smoking & Damage Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments.

Any damage caused by breakage, smoke, or strong odours will result in additional charges.

If an apartment is left uninhabitable due to damage, smoke, or persistent odours, the guest will be charged the full daily rate for the affected apartment for each day it remains unavailable. These charges will continue until the apartment has been fully repaired and/or restored to a condition that is free from damage and odours.
