- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival, minus any direct banking transfer fees.
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Strictly no smoking inside apartment, also damage due to breakage or strong odour in the apartment policy.
If an apartment is left uninhabitable due to damage ( breakage ) / smoke or strong oder, then the guest will be charged the full amount per day and every subsequent day until the apartment has been repaired and free from the damage or free from the oder.
